Information we collect
Novadina stores your account name, username, email address, a salted password hash, preferences, session/device information, usage records, chats, uploaded files, generated content, feedback, and support messages. Session cookies keep you signed in. Your plain-text password is not stored.
How information is used
We use this information to provide AI features, manage monthly allowances, protect accounts, send welcome and password-reset emails, investigate problems, and answer support requests. Automated monitoring may also process chat content. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Email communications and consent
When you provide an email address and acknowledge this policy while creating an account, you consent to account-related emails needed to provide and secure the service. These may include a welcome message, password-reset links when you request them, important account or service notices, and support replies. Providing an email does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If Novadina offers optional promotional emails in the future, we will ask for separate consent and provide a way to unsubscribe. Service providers
Content needed for a selected feature may be sent to OpenAI or xAI. Search queries may be sent to Brave or an AI provider. Cloudflare handles network traffic, page reading, and incoming email routing. Resend delivers account and support emails. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Novadina does not sell your personal information.
Storage and deletion
Account data is stored on Novadina’s server and private backup storage. Retention varies by account settings and content type. Deleting an item may first move it to Trash. Backup copies and security or accounting records may remain after deletion until their retention periods expire. No system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can manage preferences, revoke sessions, export account data, and delete supported content in the app. Contact [email protected] to request account deletion, correct an email address, or ask about your data. We may require proof that you own the account before acting.
Children and changes
Novadina is not intended for children under 13. Contact [email protected] if a child under 13 has created an account. We may update this policy and will post its effective date here.
