Your account
By creating or using a Novadina account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund and Dispute Policy. You must be at least 13 and have any permission required from a parent or guardian. Provide an email you control, keep your password private, and do not share or sell your account.
Responsible use
Follow applicable laws, provider rules, and your school’s rules. Do not submit AI-generated work as your own or use it on assessments where AI is prohibited. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized access, or privacy violations.
AI output
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate answers. Verify important information and sources. Output is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded material, and how you use responses. Only upload material you have permission to process.
Monthly allowance
Accounts receive a $3 usage allowance with a monthly spending cap, unless an administrator changes an account’s limits. Monthly periods start on the first day of the month at midnight Washington, DC time (Eastern Time). Balances reset for the new month and unused funds do not roll over. Allowances are internal service credits, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Features and limits may change.
Restrictions and appeals
We may restrict accounts for misuse, security concerns, or policy violations. Restricted users can submit an appeal through the sign-in flow or contact [email protected]. An appeal does not automatically restore access. We may suspend features or close the service; availability is not guaranteed.
Service limitations and contact
Novadina is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise error-free or uninterrupted service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
